Repeat prescriptions can be requested online, or by phoning the nurses line, or presenting to the clinic.
To ensure you don’t run out of medication, make sure you contact us well in advance to place your request.
Repeat prescription take 3 working days to process and have a cost of $28 (enrolled) or $35 (casual). If you require a prescription urgently, these can be processed as an urgent request. These have a turn around time of 8 working hours and a cost of $40 (enrolled) or $45 (casual). Urgent requests can only be requested by calling reception - they cannot be requested online. You will be text once your prescription has been sent to your chosen pharmacy (or ready to collect from clinic if requested).
Repeat prescriptions are issued at the doctor’s discretion. It is assumed that you are feeling well and healthy and have not had any changes to your medication or health since you were last reviewed by us. If this is not the case, please phone us. This is so we can ensure your safety.
Depending on your unique situation, you may be required to have a doctors appointment before further medication can be prescribed. At the minimum, patients require at least an annual review. We will contact you if a review is required.
